According to Redfin research, listings with professional photos listed between 300k and 700k sell on average more than three weeks faster than those with amateur photos. The same listings sold for more than $10,000 more than similar listings without professional photos

Agents who always use a third-party professional photographer earn $8,683 per transaction, more than double the $4,292 that agents who never use third-party photographers earn per transaction. (REAL Trends Survey, Sept 2015)

The average number of homes that a buyer will put on their shortlist for setting up an appointment is 10. That means that you are competing with hundreds of other listings in that price range to become the TOP 10. It can also affect their perception of a home prior to seeing it.
